Looking for a mobile phone with a decent specification, but without the contract that is pay as you go mobile phone? You might like the look of the Samsung U600 slider phone, which is available from Virgin Mobile from this month, but obviously at a price.

The U600 is the latest handset in Samsung's Ultra Edition range, with the trademark slimline looks (just 11.9mm wide) and plenty of useful everyday features. Those include a 3.2 megapixel camera, video capture and playback, expandable memory and an FM radio.
