I think the mobile phone market is getting so highly contested these days, I'm not sure where it will end, prices just keep falling. The cost of a mobile phone/ contract today doesnt even compare to when they first hit the market. I guess this is going to force mobile phone providers/ networks to compete on something other than price and become more innovative which can only be good for the consumer! Dot mobiles student mobile phone deals is an interesting tactic, of focusing exclusively on a very specific market.. I wonder if something similar will emerge for elderly people??

Yeah but 65% of the phone market seems to be Pay as you go now. Its a cheaper alternative and gives you great control. You get alot of free minutes and texts thrown in with PAYG these days as well. Best to check out mobile phone reviews prior to buying as well as the features of phones these days is becoming made.
